Likeness Guarantee: Claire Eastgate Portraits guarantees the likeness to the image of the dog agreed by both parties for use as reference. In the event that the client wishes a change to be made to the finished portrait, this is acceptable providing it does not deviate from the original brief. |
| Shipping & Handling: All artwork is securely packed and/or crated. Claire Eastgate Portraits accepts no liability for damaged work during transit. All artwork is, however, fully insured and in the case of damage or loss compensation is sort from the courier/shipping company. |
| Privacy Policy: All customer details and information are strictly confidential and not released to third parties or any other companies. |
| Remittance Terms: All artwork must be paid for in full including shipping and handling costs before dispatch. |
| Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be refunded providing the creation of the artwork has not begun. If a client has changed their mind and the artist has already started the artwork according to the given time schedule, the paid deposit will not be refunded. All artwork is previewed for client approval before final payment and dispatch. |
